Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wirebasket, a family scheduling assistant currently in closed beta. By joining our beta list or using Wirebasket, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language because we'd rather you actually read them.

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to create a Wirebasket account or join the beta list. Family members you invite into your Wirebasket family must also be adults. Wirebasket is built for the grown-ups coordinating a household, not for children to use directly. We want to do that eventually, but for now, please don't share your account with anyone under 18.

Wirebasket is a work in progress. Features will change, occasionally break, and sometimes disappear. We work hard to keep your data safe and the service available, but during the beta we can't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality at any time. We may also suspend or end the beta program (or your access to it) at our discretion. We will make best efforts to preserve the integrity of your data within the app, but we cannot guarantee its durability or availability. Please back up any critical information outside of Wirebasket.

We follow careful data-handling practices: your data is encrypted at rest, we never sell it, and our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what we collect and why. That said, Wirebasket is beta software, and we ask that you not use it to store highly sensitive information, such as:

• Detailed medical or mental-health records
• Government ID numbers (Social Security numbers, passport numbers)
• Financial account numbers, passwords, or payment credentials

Everyday family logistics (schedules, reminders, school forms, "the babysitter's number") is exactly what Wirebasket is for. Vault-grade secrets are not, yet.

You own the content you bring to Wirebasket: your calendar events, messages, forwarded emails, and uploads. You give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you and your family, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never use your content to train AI models. We never use or sell your content for advertising purposes. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service, but we will never share your personal content with anyone else without your consent.

Use Wirebasket for its intended purpose: coordinating your own family's life. Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, access other families' data, or use Wirebasket for anything unlawful. Please don't attempt to use Wirebasket to coordinate any ventures other than your own family, such as a business, community organization, or global network of secret operatives.

Wirebasket is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Don't rely on Wirebasket as your only record of anything critical.

You can stop using Wirebasket at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@wirebasket.ai. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

We may update these terms as Wirebasket evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use Wirebasket after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
