Wirebasket support

Wirebasket is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.

Wirebasket doesn't use passwords. You sign in with Google, with Apple, or with a one-time code we email to you. If your code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email us at support@wirebasket.ai.

Wirebasket is in beta, so a new account needs an invite code or an invite from someone in your family. If you don't have one yet, sign up for the beta and we'll reach out when it's your turn.

You can delete your account, or your whole family, yourself in the app. Delete your account shows you how, and what we keep for a short while afterward. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why, and our Terms of Service set out how Wirebasket works.

To report content that may involve child abuse or exploitation, or information about a minor shared without a parent's or guardian's consent, email support@wirebasket.ai. Anyone can write to us, whether or not they use Wirebasket.
